Delivery

Ordered goods will be delivered by the GLS courier service to the address you have chosen in the third step of your order.
Before the delivery you will be contacted by the GLS courier via e-mail entered in the third step of your order.
You can track your package using a link, which is automatically sent to your e-mail address after the shipment is handed to the transporter.
All goods are in stock and they are shipped immediately – read more about the delivery time.

All the deliveries destined for countries out of the European union are accompanied by an invoice declaring the value of the particular merchandise, as required by Customs regulation.

Payment

PayU
There is an option to pay for your order using PayU payment gateway – a secured online payment system. PayU payments are usually confirmed within few minutes.
We accept all types of payment cards.
In case of order cancellation or when returning the goods back to BIBLOO, the total cost of the order will be refunded to your bank account.

 

Complaint

Do you need to claim the goods? Print and fill in a simple claim form and send it to the following address together with the claimed goods:

Send the claimed goods packed properly to prevent damage during shipping. Do not use the C.O.D. delivering method, because such packages can not be accepted.

The warranty period of all our products is set by law to 24 months and the invoice serves also as a warranty certificate. Complaints do not apply to defects caused by improper usage or wearing the goods in an inappropriate manner. Customers are obligated to file a complaint immediately after the defect occurs. The claim will be assessed in accordance with the guidelines established by the manufacturer of the goods or his representative. The maximum time for processing a complaint is set by law to 30 days, but we always do our best to make it as fast as possible.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel the contract within 30 days from receiving the goods and we'll refund your money. In case of partial cancellation of the order, we will refund money for the particular goods.

Send them together with a copy of the receipt with the products. You may attach the Return Form for a faster procedure, but it is not obligatory. Transportation of the returned goods is at customers' expenses.

We will process the returned goods as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days of receipt.

You can return all goods purchased from 11/27 until 1/15/2025. So you don't have to worry if you don't find the right gift or size.
