Prawo odstąpienia od umowy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Fashion Commerce s.r.o., Münzgasse 2, 5020 Salzburg, Austria.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Underwear and swimwear cannot be exchanged or returned for hygienic reasons. Custom-made items (e.g., special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (e.g., beauty products) cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.

Exchanges
Returning the received item is the fastest way to get the desired item. If the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item in a separate transaction.

European Union – 14-Day Withdrawal Period
Regardless, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason if the goods are shipped to the European Union. As mentioned above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
